We are excited to share that Lily of the Valley was chosen by The Little Rose Shop to be their “Charity of the Year” for 2024! This is a beautiful online store that brings the Catholic faith into everyday life. Lizzy, along with several of our Prayer Ambassadors nominated us for this honor and we cannot thank those individuals enough! Lily of the Valley will receive a donation from Little Rose at the end of the year. Until then we will continue to serve families through the generosity of our followers and donors. We are so grateful that God is so good.
We were recently sitting at the kitchen table, asking each other how we were going to be able to continue the ministry from a financial standpoint and we were crying out to the Lord (real tears shed) in adoration about our concern. We were sharing our raw feelings with God and asking Him to show us His plan for LOTV. Within *1 week* we heard from the ladies at The Little Rose Shop. We were in awe of the Holy Spirit. What an answer to prayer.
We are all One Body and LOTV wouldn’t exist without our supporters, who truly serve as conduits of the Holy Spirit. Within the past few weeks, we asked our Prayer Ambassadors to pray 200+ Decades (and this need was met within 6 hours!). We made a Wishlist of the items we needed to continue to serve and items started showing up on our doorsteps. We asked for volunteers to help us assemble Prayer Care Packages, and not only were we able to create an “LOTV Lead & Grow Team,” but we also had ladies show up one night who made 200 Prayer Care Packages in 3 hours with the supplies that came in.
